About The Loop Boise
"At The Loop in Boise, we pride ourselves on creating clear and comprehensive A/V, home automation, and security designs while approaching projects as a team effort with our clients and the construction team."
The Loop Technologies was founded in 2005 as Home Theater and Automation. In 2011 after a year of intensive research, focus groups and customer feedback, the company name was changed to The Loop Technologies—a name that better reflects our core value of integrating many, many different audio/video systems into one.
President, Founder, CEO or if you believe his business card Decision Maker, whatever his title he still prefers Eric. After about 8 years as a degreed engineer in Seattle, he moved with his family to Idaho to start The Loop. Each and every day Eric pushes himself and every member of the team to make our client experience better today than yesterday. With a constant drive to improve all aspects of The Loop, his team knows that the one thing Eric will never tolerate from his team or vendors is mediocrity. He believes strongly in Continuous Improvement principles (read more about them here), which are ever prevalent in all areas of The Loop. Eric lives in Meridian with his wife of over 10 years and his 3 children.
With over 10 years experience in corporate Human Resources, the quickest way to write a bio on Stephanie would be a list of what she doesn’t do. Wife, mother of three, HR Manager, housekeeper, bookkeeper, keeper of secrets, and keeper of the keys (actually the office is all keyless entry, but there was a theme there). She is the friendly voice you will hear on the other end of the line. Stephanie is the office bookkeeper and HR Manager, so she handles Human Resources plus all accounts payable and receivable, and loves putting faces to the name. However, being the bookkeeper she rarely gets the opportunity, so if you ever do actually see the elusive Stephanie, count yourself lucky.
